We’re a husband-and-wife team who got tired of shirts that don’t last.
Between the two of us, an Army veteran and a celebrity fitness trainer, we’ve been handed more free shirts than we can count: at events, at gyms, at company kickoffs. Almost none of them made it past a second wear. They were stiff, they fit strangely, and the print cracked after a few washes. Most became paint shirts, and then they disappeared altogether.
Somewhere along the way we realized the people wearing them weren’t the problem. The shirts were. So we started InkSurf Studios to make the kind people actually keep.
The shirt you reach for first
Everyone has one: the old 90s tee you’ve slept in for years, soft and broken in, the one you’d rescue from a donation bag. That’s the standard we hold every order to.
We start with premium blanks that feel good from the first wear, and we print them so your design keeps looking sharp wash after wash. When your shirts get worn, your name gets seen, and that’s the whole point of putting it on a shirt.
A cleaner way to print
Instead of screen printing, we print digitally with water-based inks. There are no screens to burn, no plastisol, and no buckets of solvent to clean up afterward.
Your design either goes straight into the fabric (our Soft print) or onto a flexible transfer that’s pressed on (our Bold print). Printing digitally also keeps things simple for you: full color costs the same as one color, and a single shirt costs the same to set up as a hundred.
