Returns & Reprints Policy

Our promise: if it’s our mistake, we reprint it or refund it, free. Because every item is printed to order with your design, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind, but we stand behind every piece we make.

What we cover

We’ll reprint the affected items at no cost, or refund them if you prefer, when:

• The print doesn’t match the proof you approved (wrong design, placement, size or color beyond normal variation)
• We sent the wrong garment, color, size or quantity compared with your order
• The garment or print has a defect, such as a hole, stain, peeling or cracking on arrival
• The package arrived damaged
• Items are missing from your order

We cover all shipping for reprints, and you don’t need to send anything back unless we ask.

What we don’t cover

• Spelling, wording, names or numbers that appear exactly as you approved them on the proof or entered them in your roster
• Print quality from artwork you chose to proceed with after we flagged it as low resolution
• The size you ordered not fitting; see size swaps below
• Normal differences between colors on screen and on fabric, and small placement differences of up to about 1 inch
• Wear, fading or shrinking from washing that doesn’t follow our care instructions

Size swaps

If a shirt doesn’t fit, we’ll print the same design in another size for the printed-shirt price of your order plus shipping, one time per item. You can also change sizes free of charge any time before your order is pulled for printing.

How to make a claim

Email support@inksurfstudios.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and photos showing the issue (and the tag, for size or garment issues). We reply within one business day and ship reprints with the same priority as rush orders.

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change your order, including sizes, for a full refund any time before it’s pulled for printing. Once printing has started we can’t cancel, because the items are made for you. We’ll email you when your order moves into printing.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Billing questions: billing@inksurfstudios.com.
