Creator questions

Do I need a store?

We recommend Shopify, because it connects to YouTube’s merch shelf so your products can show under your videos and on your channel. If you’re new to Shopify, we’ll point you to the setup steps.

How do I get paid?

Fans pay you through your store. We bill your card on file weekly for the printed-shirt price and shipping of the orders we fulfilled, with an itemized statement.

Is there a minimum or monthly fee?

No minimums and no monthly fee. You pay only when a fan orders.

What can I sell?

T-shirts, hoodies, hats and polos, with prints on the front, back and sleeves. Hoodies and hats are priced per product.

Who handles returns and fan questions?

You answer your fans; we answer you. Misprints, damage and lost packages are reprinted and reshipped free. Fit and change-of-mind returns follow your store’s policy.

Do you ship outside the US?

Fan orders ship to US addresses for now. If you have a big international audience, tell us on your application.
