Creator Program Terms

These terms apply to creators who sell merch that InkSurf prints and ships on demand. Our Terms of Service, Artwork & Content Policy and Returns & Reprints Policy also apply.

How it works

You sell products on your own store, such as Shopify. When a fan orders, the order is sent to us; we print it and ship it to your fan in your name, usually within 2 business days. You set your retail prices and keep everything above our charges.

What we charge you

For each item we fulfill, you pay the printed-item price on your creator price list (for example, a Classic tee with one front print is $10.50 and a Premium Soft tee is $12.95) plus fan shipping: $4.75 for the first item and $1.95 for each additional item in the same order. Extra print spots, larger sizes and other products are listed on your price list. There are no setup fees, minimums or monthly fees.

Billing

We charge your card on file weekly for the orders fulfilled that week and email an itemized statement. If a charge fails, we pause fulfillment until it’s resolved and let you know right away.

Your designs

You keep all rights to your designs. You give us permission to print them for your orders and to make mockups for your store. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit. We’ll never sell your designs to anyone else or print them for anyone but you.

Your store and your fans

You’re responsible for your storefront, product listings, retail prices, collecting sales tax where required, and your fans’ payment. You answer your fans’ questions about orders; we’re available to you directly for anything about printing or shipping.

Misprints and returns

If an item is misprinted, defective, damaged in transit or lost, we reprint and reship it to your fan free, under our Returns & Reprints Policy. Fan returns for fit or change of mind follow your store’s policy and aren’t covered by us.

Samples

You can order samples of any product at your creator price plus shipping.

Ending the program

Either side can end this arrangement any time with 30 days’ written notice. We’ll fulfill all orders placed before the end date.
